I have placed an order and it still is in the system yet to be shipped and I have not heard from you. What should I do?
Make sure you have set your email account to accept emails from email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org Without this our emails to you may go to your junk files and not be seen by you.
How much will shipping cost and when will my item arrive?
Discount Bible Guys currently sells and ships to customers in the United States only including APO and FPO addresses. Please review the information below explaining the various options available to you at checkout.
HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?
Economy shipping can be as low as $3.49 (for shipments of one pound or under).
Economy shipping is usually handled by the United States Postal Service via media mail. Limited tracking is available for this option. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 days for your products to arrive in the lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii should allow an additional 1-3 weeks.
PRIORITY MAIL BY USPS
Please allow two to five business days for packages to deliver once they have shipped. Your order will usually leave the warehouse the following business day after it is placed.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
For tracking a typical package through USPS we will email you the tracking # the same day we ship out your package. Please note in the special notes section of your order that you want us to track your package. We will adjust your shipping costs to reflect that additional charge. OTHER SHIPPING COSTS
For all other shipping costs and shipping options (i.e. UPS, FedEx, international, etc.), please see the shipping calculator on this website and factor in your preferences with the items you are choosing.
Discount Bible Guys do not charge any additional handling fees, just the postage it really costs you for shipping. This is our pledge to you to provide our lowest-priced shipping.
Can I return something I've purchased?
Our returns policy is simple and easy to understand (at least for us and, hopefully, you'll think so too).
1. If you bought an item from Discount Bible Guys and are not satisfied with it, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of purchase.(Excluding bibles that you requested to be Imprinted they are Not returnable) Any item returned to us in unsellable condition will be returned. Please include a copy of your invoice with the item.
2. If you bought an item from Discount Bible Guys that is defective, please return it to us within 30 days and we will replace it with an identical item (if one is available) plus your return shipping fee. If an identical item is not available to us (i.e. Vintage record albums, VHS tapes, etc.), we will refund the price of the item plus the return shipping fee. Please include a copy of your invoice with the item.
3. There are no returns accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. Most defective items are returnable to the manufacturer after 30 days as most of them provide a guarantee on their products.
5. All returns will be processed and credited to your credit card within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.

What If I don't like your answers?
We cannot please everyone although our goal is to be as helpful as possible and to treat you with respect and dignity. Thank you for your grace when we need it.
Do you take trade-ins?
Not at this time.
Can you help me find a bible that you don't have listed?
Yes we can. We do offer a 10% discount (off regular price) on special order bibles. We ask that you have an account with us and have a good faith desire to buy the bible in question. (We ask this in order to keep our prices down and still provide you with great guest service. However, you are under no obligation to buy it from us.)
Do you do imprinting/personalization on bibles?
Yes we do. See each bible listing to follow through on ordering that service before you add item to the cart. (Bibles that are imprinted are not returnable unless there is a manufactures defect)
Do you have any job openings?

Why do you have advertising on your website?
Only so that our prices will be competitive with the other websites and to help offset the costs of doing business. So please click on the links to those site we get paid a little something when you do. Thank you for doing that! We also have links to charitable organizations as our way of saying "We support you!"
Which translation is the best?
Here's a loaded question! We believe that the LORD works through them all. We do not pretend to know that much about bible translations, we are not scholars. There are many translations that were the fruit of a desire to reach all who might hear of the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and of the deep love of the Father for all of us. God desires that none should perish! With that being said, let the Lord lead you as to which one to go with. Ask a Pastor at your church or a close Christian friend. We have created a "Bible Information" page which can also aid you in picking a translation.
Do you have a brick and mortar store?
No, we do not have one at this time. If the Lord leads us that way we will certainly go that route.
Do you have a phone number I can call?
Yes we do! It is 1-563-391-4551. (we answer the phone as Factory Direct mattress, It's our other business) If you don't catch us on the phone please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.
